Determining whether an owlet from a caged Eurasian-Eagle owl is the result of parthenogenesis or hybridization. If the owlet is the result of hybridization, then determining what owl species hybridized with the Eurasian-Eagle owl is investigated.

Recreation of the study done by Liu et al. on the potential use of the large language model ‘iLLMAC’ to diagnose cancer from cell-free DNA.

Project 3

Generate a GFF file for a prokaryote in python.
